Cozy and small hotel with 16 rooms located in the heart of El Poblado in Medellin, the coolest and most travelled quartier in the city of eternal spring. Our hotel rooms come with Air Conditioner, TV with Netflix, Toiletries, Towels, Desk, Hot Water and Snacks. We offer our breakfast in La Clásica - our outdoor restaurant - where you will also find delicious dishes for lunch and dinner such as salads, pizza, burgers, hot dogs, amongst many others!

Great little hotel in a good location. Walkable from a lot of hot spots in Medellin. Breakfast was fantastic—a very cute little cafe with made-to-order food that was all included with your stay! Breakfast was the best part of our stay, honestly. The room was clean and looked nice. Small, but it does the job. I was disappointed that the jetted bathtub didn’t fill up with hot water—it only filled up from the shower head and the water was cold by the time it was full enough to use the jets. That’s my only complaint! Overall it was a great stay.

Place was just like the photos. Bed was big and comfortable. A very good breakfast was included by the cafe next door (I had an omelette, toast with cheese, fruit and coffee).
The jacuzzi didn’t take too long to fill and worked great after a long day of walking. Ubers are always close by, great location away from noise but close to everything. I’ll be back!

Really nice place in a great neighborhood. A lot of nice restaurants, bars and clubs just around the corner.
The staff is also super friendly and helpful. The ordered us a taxi to the airport and even printed out plane tickets.
Wifi needs improvement - was awful.
All in all a good experience.

Awesome place to stay! I was able to walk to the parks, the store, and felt completely safe. The room was big enough for me and my luggage with no problem. The staff were kind and helpful; the breakfast was delicious! Thank you for a great place to stay!

Everything was as advertised. The complimentary breakfast was good. Quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the night life. I just like having a small kitchen and fridge because I generally stay for extended periods of time.

La atención del personal (incluido el Restaurant) y la ubicación es lo destacado. La habitación que nos tocó para dos personas (102) se me hizo pequeña aunque eso sí, muy funcional y muy limpia. Un par de mts2 más hubiera estado genial, pero eso no le resta a sus 5 estrellas. La ubicación a 10-15 minutos de la estación del metro El Poblado es de lo mejor y también a la zona del Poblado. El desayuno incluido con el hospedaje es de lo mejor, abundante y delicioso 😋 😋 😋. La atención y comunicación del personal desde mucho antes de la llegada es genial. Sin duda regresaré a hospedarme aquí.

No ha podido ser mejor la experiencia.
El hotel como tal es fabuloso, habitacion amplia, baño amplio y con todo lujo de detalles así como la comodidad en general.
El desayuno muy abundante y sabroso.
Pero lo mejor es el trato y la amabilidad del personal. Un hotel puede ser mejor o peor pero lo hace mejor una buena antención, y este, no es que sea bueno es que es el mejor que he estado nunca en ese aspecto.

Better than excellent!
It has taken me a long time to write an opinion about this hotel, which is quite unfair since it has been one of the best I have stayed in a long time, so I will be brief:I found this hotel by chance while looking for accommodation and I think it was the perfect choice, especially for its value for money!Hote 574 is not only well located in the city, very close to Lleras park and Poblado subway station, but it has an enviable and very professional customer service. My room was very comfortable, the cleanliness was excellent and both the bed and pillows were super soft.

Excellent petit hôtel dans un quartier vert
Petit hôtel moderne, calme et raisonnable dans un quartier résidentiel où on peut circuler à pied le soir, à proximité de plusieurs restaurants, d'un centre commercial et d'une station du métro aérien qui mène jusqu'au centre historique. Accueil familial et très empressé (merci Carolina !), petits déjeuners copieux, propreté parfaite. Un excellent rapport qualité-prix et même sécurité dans cette métropole autrefois insécure et aujourd'hui très touristique.

El personal es encantador ...está muy céntrico cerca de la parada de metro de El Poblado y de la calle 10 no hay ruidos ninguno..la habitación con su baño...muy espaciosa su TV enorme en la mejor zona de Medellín muy muy muy seguro ..bueno MEDELLIN es supersegura el hotel es de 10 su maravilloso personal tanto los chicos como las chicas aire acondicionado un patio precioso para leer tienen be idas en recepción 24 hr .Me encantó

Nice small hotel
The hotel is small and comfy. We got a room near the reception and it was very small and at times it was very loud. The staff is very nice specially Valentina and Carolina. Breakfast is really yummy. Location is really good too.

Ubicado cerca de la estación de metro Poblado, linda habitación, cómoda, limpia, equipada. El personal amable, nos ayudaron a buscar comida para pedir a las 23 hs que estaba todo cerrado. Tienen servicio de laundry pago. Desayuno incluido muy rico. Si bien había avisado en la reserva que como sin gluten, no lo sabían, pero fueron muy abiertos a saber qué alimentos puedo y adecuar el desayuno para que pueda comer. La única crítica es que no hay buena ventilación y el cuarto es húmedo y más caluroso que afuera.

The location was really good, walking distance to town. Our room was beautiful and good size. Bed was super comfy and bathroom was really nice. The room had a nice balcony but the room was facing a noisy road.

Great hotel
The hotel was in a good location (10-15 minute walk from a ton of restaurants/ cafes). Rooms are very clean, and mine had AC, a TV with Netflix, and basic toiletries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included and was in the cute cafe right next door.

The staff is super available, helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to all services (metro, local stores and parks). The breakfast is really great too. Also, as a bonus, they have a tv with netflix. Hope to comeback soon!
